These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and do888 ("do888", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the do888 website, mobile site, and all associated gaming services available at do888.bio and its subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the do888 Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the do888 Platform and close your account by contacting customer support.

To be eligible to open and use a do888 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

do888 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close the account of any player who does not satisfy these eligibility requirements, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

To access real-money gaming services on do888, you are required to register a player account. You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, current, and truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the do888 Platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. do888 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately.
• Any bonus funds in all associated accounts will be forfeited.
• do888 may, at its discretion, confiscate net winnings derived from gameplay across duplicate accounts.
• The player may be permanently banned from the do888 Platform.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your do888 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. do888 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify do888 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.3 KYC Verification

do888 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its obligations under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. You agree to provide such documentation as do888 may reasonably request to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Accepted documents include government-issued Philippine IDs (PhilSys, passport, driver's license), utility bills, and GCash or bank account statements. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay.

do888 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and InstaPay-connected bank accounts. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20.

4.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your do888 account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PESONet may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. do888 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Player Funds

All funds deposited into your do888 account are held for the sole purpose of wagering on the do888 Platform. do888 maintains player funds separately from its operational accounts in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Player funds are not used for do888's business operations.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the do888 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). do888 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the player and any associated fees are borne by the player.

Players may request a withdrawal of their available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Your do888 account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless do888 customer support has approved an alternative method in writing.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account must be satisfied before the relevant portion of your balance becomes withdrawable.
• do888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

5.2 Processing Times

do888 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya wallets as promptly as operationally possible. Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional time depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. do888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

5.3 Withdrawal Refusal

do888 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, do888 may freeze the relevant account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.

do888 offers various promotional bonuses, reload offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time each promotion is made available, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your do888 account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to players who have met the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. do888 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or cancel a credited bonus at any time if it determines that:

• The player does not meet the stated eligibility criteria.
• The bonus was claimed through abuse of a promotional system or in conjunction with a duplicate account.
• The player has engaged in bonus abuse, including low-risk wagering patterns designed specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

6.3 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time on the do888 Platform. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus balance.

All games available on the do888 Platform — including bingo, live dealer baccarat, color game, JILI slots, sports betting, Aviator, and cricket betting — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are made available within each game interface or game lobby. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

7.1 Game Integrity

do888 uses certified random number generation (RNG) systems for all applicable electronic games and streams live dealer games from licensed studios. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the relevant game system. do888 does not alter game results after the fact and will not entertain disputes based on a player's disagreement with a valid game outcome.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical failure, server error, or connectivity interruption during a game session, do888 will attempt to resolve the affected round using the last confirmed game state recorded by the Platform's servers. Where a game round cannot be completed or the result cannot be reliably determined, the wager for the affected round will be refunded to the player's account balance. do888's determination of the correct resolution in such cases is final.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Minimum and maximum wager amounts for each game are displayed within the respective game interface. do888 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the do888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the do888 Platform in any way that circumvents normal player activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker variants or coordinated betting in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected exploit are not considered valid and will be reversed.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment methods to fund your do888 account.
• Engaging in any transaction or betting pattern that do888 or relevant Philippine authorities determines to be consistent with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• Attempting to access or use another player's do888 account without that player's express authorisation.
• Using the do888 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• Registering or operating more than one do888 account simultaneously or sequentially.

do888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player under the do888 Responsible Gaming program.
• An exclusion order issued by PAGCOR or another competent regulatory authority.
• Inactivity on the account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or longer.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request to close their do888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before an account is closed, any outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved and any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing conditions.

9.2 Dormant Accounts

A do888 account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of no login activity. do888 may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts as permitted under applicable PAGCOR guidelines. Players will be notified by the registered contact method before any inactivity fee is applied.

do888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by the do888 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering an account on do888, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

do888 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers operating on do888's behalf (such as payment processors and identity verification providers) and with PAGCOR or other regulatory and law enforcement bodies as required by applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, do888's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the do888 Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

do888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from:

• Any interruption or unavailability of the do888 Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond do888's reasonable control.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in information displayed on the Platform.
• Any loss resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits do888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

do888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Your continued use of the do888 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and do888, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Players may contact do888 customer support to initiate this process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority, including PAGCOR, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

By using the do888 Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the process described above.
